Surex actively fund-raises in order to support our programs and individuals. All donations help us to keep our properties and programs up to community standards and help to improve the quality of life for our individuals.

Donations go towards:

  • Purchasing wheelchairs, lifts and other assistive equipment
  • Supporting community recreation and integration
  • Improving living environments
  • Replacing worn out furniture and appliances
  • Providing opportunities for a fuller life

You can donate on a one-time basis or on a monthly-basis. When you donate on a monthly giving plan, we will issue you a tax receipt annually. You may find the monthly giving plan convenient and spreads out your donations over a period of time. You may cancel your donation plan at any time by sending us an email or a letter.

Personal Information

Surex Community Services collects your personal information in order to process your donation and to issue a tax receipt and will not use this information for any other purposes without your consent.

To make your donation, please provide all of the requested information.

Please note that an official tax receipt will be issued under the card-holder’s name. The Income Tax Act does not permit us to issue tax receipts to anyone other than the donor (the person whose name is on the credit card.).
